What is Hillview HSA?

Hillview Home and School Association (HSA) is a group of parents and guardians, teachers, and staff who work together on numerous events, fundraisers, and programs throughout the school year to benefit students. Information on how to become a member, volunteer opportunities, fundraisers we organize, meetings and how HSA funds are spent is included below. If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to a HSA Board Member.

Become a Member!

Your dues DIRECTLY benefit ALL students of Hillview School. Membership is only $25 per family and includes one hard copy of the Hillview School Directory, access to the password protected online copy, monthly calendars and newsletters containing important dates, upcoming fundraisers, highlights and reminders, access to Hillview’s Facebook page and email communication of HSA sponsored events and fundraisers.

If you are an HSA board member, committee chairperson, class parent, or volunteer for any Hillview HSA committees, it is required that you become a Hillview HSA member.

Attend HSA Meetings!

Attend HSA meetings to learn what’s happening at our school—such as, upcoming events, new programs, how HSA funds are spent, and to ask questions and voice your opinion on matters of interest to our children. HSA meetings are held once a month and alternate between 2:00pm meeting in the APR or 7:00pm meeting via Zoom.

Volunteer!

Opportunities to become a committee member or committee chair are communicated through HSA emails, posted on our HSA Facebook page and HSA website. You can sign up via google form starting in June for the 2024-2025 school year. Committee chairs and members are assigned during the summer however, a member can join a committee anytime throughout the year.
